This project was the complete reorganisation and refurbishment of an existing building for a specialist wine agent that was growing its staff numbers by nearly 50%. Circulation routes were rationalised, stock capacity was more than doubled, and a revised desk layout significantly improved the main staffing area whilst increasing space efficiency.
